We come from a foundation of independence. That means we keep prices fair – while using the best quality materials - by designing all frames in-house and only selling via our own boutiques.  

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications, the eCommerce Manager is integral to managing and developing the growth of our digital presence and online sales for 3 online stores (UK, CA, USA).

You are a critical member of the Operations and Store Managers Team, and partner closely with Marketing and Shared Services.

Ideally based in London, UK but possibility for remote working or based in Canada (Toronto or Vancouver).

Roles & Responsibilities 

Web development and Technical Skills

  • Manage assets/content for olliequinn.com & associated subdomains

  • Maintain and improve overall development processes 

  • Support ongoing enhancements of each site through custom front-end HTML and CSS (e.g., email templates, new content slots, product launches, promotions, etc.)

  • Oversee back-end development partners and manage bug fixes & enhancements with 3rd party tools/integrations

  • Develop and manage responsive experiences on cross-browser, cross-platform devices

  • Provide oversight and collaborate with other developers and designers to implement new and exciting features on each site as we grow

  • Recommend new desktop and mobile technology solutions to support for each site’s innovation strategy

        Business & Operational Management

        • Manage the online fulfillment team and processes

        • Provide weekly online reports across the three subdomains

        • Attend weekly Store Managers call to provide updates on sales and customer data

        • Constantly review online data to provide suggested improvements to workflows and the user experience

          Digital Marketing

          • Sound working knowledge of digital marketing strategy and implementation

          • Work with the marketing team to implement digital marketing campaigns and provide sound advice for digital marketing initiatives based on analytics

            2. Why we’d like to meet you 

            • Experience working with Shopify’s e-commerce platform

            • Sound UX/ UI design experience a plus

            • Understanding of SEO/SEM best practices in web development

            • Understanding of agile web development principles a plus

            • Digital Marketing experience a plus including working knowledge of Google Adwords, Social Advertising Platforms etc.

            • High level of experience working with Google Analytics

            • Knowledge of Google Adwords a plus.

            • Ability to work in a team environment and clearly communicate across geographies

            • Ability to manage personal workload and delegate effectively

            • High level of self-motivation required & ability to work autonomously

            • Ability to balance and manage competing priorities
